Join us at CN Stage on Sunday August 11, 2024 for Strangle In The Park! The mission of this event is to bring the Manitoba Jiu-Jitsu community together for a fun outdoor day of training. The event will give students the opportunity to meet and learn from other instructors from outside their own gym.
